What if I need to return an item?

  • Returns and exchanges are available for orders shipped within the United States.
  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of your order shipment.
  • Damaged and defective products can be returned or exchanged for free.
  • Shipping charges for returns or exchanges of unwanted items cannot be refunded.
  • Electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes) and liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) cannot be returned.
  • In the event that liquid products were damaged or leaked during shipment, we will replace these items at no additional cost. If this occurs, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
  • To make a return or exchange use Return/Exchange Wizard link at the bottom of the Order status page and follow the instructions.
  • For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.
  • If you have any questions or concerns about return or exchange please contact our Customer Service.
