- Returns and exchanges are available for orders shipped within the United States.
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of your order shipment.
- Damaged and defective products can be returned or exchanged for free.
- Shipping charges for returns or exchanges of unwanted items cannot be refunded.
- Electronic
media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes) and liquid products
(oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) cannot be returned.
- In
the event that liquid products were damaged or leaked during shipment,
we will replace these items at no additional cost. If this occurs,
please contact our Customer Service immediately.
- To make a return or exchange use Return/Exchange Wizard link at the bottom of the Order status page and follow the instructions.
- For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.
- If you have any questions or concerns about return or exchange please contact our Customer Service.
