A product in my order is out of stock, now what?
If an item in your order is no longer in stock when we process your order, you will be notified and you will have a chance to cancel your order, wait until the item becomes available, or choose a similar item.
Do you refund shipping charges?
We refund shipping charges if, we ship the wrong product or if it is defective or damaged by the carrier. We will not charge you for shipping on replacement goods. Shipping is always free on orders of $50 or more.
I haven't received my refund yet, when should it show up on my bill?
Credit card refunds will appear on your statement in the next billing cycle or, in the case of online banking, should appear in your account within 10 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be added to your order details. You can check for this number by logging into your account and viewing your order.

I didn't receive a confirmation email, Why?
