How old do I have to be to browse and shop on this site?
This website is intended solely for viewing & shopping by an adult audience. Are these products safe?
They are safe if used properly. However, we are not responsible for any physical harm caused by any of the products sold herein. What happens when I place an order?
We collect your email address for emailing you an order confirmation; we do not share your email address with any third parties that will send you unwanted or spam mail. Your email address used to contact you online is used to respond to any inquiries regarding orders or products and to comply with any requirements of law. Your shipping address is collected for shipping purposes and your Billing information is collected for payment collection only.
What if my order contains out-of-stock or back-ordered items?
We do not keep all merchandise in inventory, in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed.
If an item in your order is no longer in stock when we process your order, you will be notified and you will have a chance to cancel your order, wait until the item becomes available, or choose a similar item. Should you choose to wait, any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer at no additional cost.
Back-ordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. When we receive the product, we notify you by email and ship it to you promptly. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to four weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update by email. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and issue a refund for the item and delete the item from our catalog.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes. However, US Mail is the only option for shipping to P.O. boxes. UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be added to your order details. You can check for this number by logging into your account and viewing your order.
Do you refund shipping charges?
We do not refund shipping charges. However, we will not charge you for shipping on replacement goods for defective items. Shipping is always free on orders of $59 or more.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, Why?
Some e-mail services do not accept emails from sites selling adult items. Also check to make sure our e-mails do not end up in your "bulk", "spam", "junk" or "trash" folders.
I haven't received my order...
If registered, please login to your account and check the status of your order. If has been longer than 14 days, please send us an email via our contact form.
What is your return policy?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
What can be returned:
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days for a refund only.
Damaged and defective products can be returned or exchanged for free within 30 days.
In the event that liquid products were damaged or leaked during shipment, we will replace these items at no additional cost if notified within 2 days of your receiving the order.
What can not be returned:
Electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes).
Liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products).
Shipping charges for returns of unwanted items cannot be refunded. No exchanges unless item is defective.
Do you have a restocking fee?
Not at all. We do not charge any type of restocking fee.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be placed within 24 hours of ordering. Hey, we're quick so you need to cancel fast. *Smile* To cancel an order, please submit a cancellation request via our contact form.
I haven't received my refund yet, when should it show up on my bill?
Credit card refunds will appear on your statement in the next billing cycle or, in the case of online banking, should appear in your account within 10 business days.
I love promos and discounts, how can I get some?
Easy! Subscribe to our newsletter and/or register on the site for free and hang out with us from time to time and we will gladly send some discounts your way!
Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes. At checkout, you have the option to pay using PayPal Express or to continue on our site where you can pay using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit cards, etc.
